SSE participates in successful community food drive
ST. LOUIS, MO (June 25, 2009) -- Between June 15-20, the St. Louis community collected more than 133,400 pounds of food during United Way's FoodShare food drive with more than 100 companies and eight Schnucks stores participating. That equates to 106,720 meals for people in need in our region. The food is currently being distributed to more than the 500 food pantries supported by St. Louis Area Foodbank.
