SSE is lead sponsor for the two-day International Society of Performance Improvement Fall Conference entitled "Achieving Results in Uncertain Times" held at St. Louis' Crowne Plaza Hotel. The conference welcomed ISPI members from around the world for a series of principles and practices workshops and keynote presentations.
Featured keynote speakers included:
Paul Harmon of Business Process Trends, spoke on "The Necessity of Business Process Management" discussing the history of business process work at organizations, leading initiatives among process change practitioners today, and what is likely to happen in the next few years.
Marc J. Rosenberg, CPT, PhD, of Marc Rosenberg and Associates, spoke on "HPT and the Knowledge Revolution" identifying new ways of looking at learning and performance, and why a golden age of Human Performance Technology may be at hand.
