SSE Includes Offshore Development in its Delivery Model
SSE recently implemented a hybrid offshore delivery model to continue to cost-effectively deliver the high-quality software our clients have come to expect and deserve from SSE. Under the hybrid model, SSE provides project management, business analysis, architecture, tech lead, and quality assurance services, while offshore resources are used to deliver the bulk of software engineering, testing, and database administration. SSE has implemented a full suite of project management, requirements management, collaboration, and source control tools to ensure seamless support of the delivering its project services under this model.
