SSE Attends Microsoft Professional Developer Conference (PDC) in Los Angeles
SSE's Chief Architect and Application Development Practice lead, Kevin Grossnicklaus recently attended the 4 day conference which highlights Microsofts newest development tools and platforms and provides attendees with glimpses into the future technological direction of the company. This years conference, held in downtown LA at the LA Convention center complex, served as the platform for Microsoft to announce many new products such as their "Cloud Services" initiative (called Windows Azure) and Windows 7 which is scheduled for release in 2010. Other key technologies which recieved significant coverage at the conference included Visual Studio 2010, Microsoft's Live Services, and Silverlight.
