C. James Dobbins

Jim joined SSE in August of 2004 bringing financial and process improvement expertise gained from 15+ years of experience with large and small technology- based companies.

Prior to joining SSE, Jim was the Director of Capital with Charter Communications administering $1billion in annual capital expenditures. Jim's recent experience also includes the Manager of Finance with Xenogen Corporation, a California-based bioscience company and progressively responsible positions with Incyte Corporation, a California-based biotech company at their St. Louis facility.

Jim received a Masters Degree in Finance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri St Louis. He is a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Missouri. In addition, he is a current board member of Host Analytics Software and is a former board member of the St. Charles Junior Football Association.
