One of the challenges of training is capturing and retaining the learner's attention. When it comes to training, some learners have preconceptions of inane, meaningless, and forgetful content presented in a disengaging and boring manner. This is a result of too many training solutions that feature generic content presented in a milquetoast format. While the content is serviceable, the presentation of the content is generic and thus has no lasting power or personal meaning to the learner.
