Contextualized Learning

One of the challenges of training is capturing and retaining the learner's attention. When it comes to training, some learners have preconceptions of inane, meaningless, and forgetful content presented in a disengaging and boring manner. This is a result of too many training solutions that feature generic content presented in a milquetoast format. While the content is serviceable, the presentation of the content is generic and thus, has no lasting power, or personal meaning to the learner.
