SSE Certified As A Registered Provider Organization (RPO) By The CMMC Accreditation Body (CMMC-AB)

SSE has been certified as a Registered Provider Organization (RPO) by the CMMC Accreditation Body (CMMC-AB)
Do you have expert assistance lined up to help with your NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance efforts?
Right now, it may be hard to find the right partner. There are a lot of companies offering assistance, but can you really know which one has the vetted processes and solutions to meet your needs?
Allow us to help — SSE has been recognized by the CMMC-AB as an RPO, distinguishing us as one of a select group of Managed Services Providers (MSPs) trusted to help DoD contractors achieve and manage CMMC compliance.
What Is An RPO?
As an RPO, SSE has been recognized by the CMMC-AB as being focused on CMMC, understanding its requirements, and having its practice follow the CMMC-AB Code of Professional Conduct. It also means that SSE has a Registered Practitioner (RP) on its team that has completed the CMMC-AB training. We've done our homework, so you don't have to.
What Do These Certifications Mean To You?
The bottom line is that SSE is prepared to guide DoD contractors through the CMMC compliance process, including liaising with a third party for certification. We can help streamline and simplify the process from end to end.Our team will assess your current compliance with NIST 800-171 as well as CMMC, manage the remediation process, and get you to an ongoing and audit-ready state. After compliance is certified, SSE can deliver the ongoing support necessary to ensure their certification is maintained.
Why Is CMMC Different?
In October 2020, the DoD released their Interim Final Rule, which set a deadline for NIST compliance and a timeline for CMMC compliance. These new compliance standards not only put DoD contractors on the clock, but also presented them with far more rigorous expectations than they’ve been subject to before.
CMMC is not a set of guidelines that can be met through self-assessment; CMMC requires a third-party certification. This means it will be more costly, both in terms of time and money, for many DoD contractors. In many cases, it could require multiple resources or partners in order to achieve, certify, and maintain compliance.
That’s why it’s so much simpler to partner with SSE for your CMMC compliance — we can guide you through the entire process and work with your existing IT team as we do.
